<p>The shaft is made of super high modulus CX-1 Micro Pitch carbon to achieve the reliability and rigidity needed to handle sinkers up to 400 grams.</p>
<p>Ideal for deep-sea fishing with natural bait and live bait, it is double-stemmed SiC ringed to allow it to employ braided line in the reel, and it mounts a full fiberglass tip for perfect biting signaling.</p>
<p>The reel holder is an anatomical retractable type, and is made of graphite with movable aluminum cheek.</p>

<p>In ancient mythology Zaratan was a sea monster. Today it is a fantastic series of rods designed for trolling and drifting. Characterized by a particularly attractive look based on bright tone-on-tone colorations, Zaratan rods are born of uncompromising construction and rigging technology. The blank made of one-piece E-Glass for total strength, providing extreme flexing in combat and presenting a decisive re-entry movement of the shaft when pumping fish. This "automatic re-entry" tires the fish and preserves the angler's back even when fishing big tuna on stand-up with braided lines. The rings are Sea Guide Heavy Duty, with stainless steel frame and SIC loop, secured by double bindings according to the Acid Spiral Wrapping concept, which prevents the line from contacting the rod shaft when it is bent drastically. The reel holder is made of aluminum and features a double safety ring. The EVA handle offers a differentiated density fore grip, while the base has a slick finish and ends with a classic aluminum cross.</p>
