La salopette completata da una giacca tre quarti offre la piu' completa versatilita' d'uso in qualunque condizione atmosferica. Si consiglia in particolare la giacca con cappuccio e fodera imbottita staccabili. E' importante che i capi esterni siano di una taglia superiore alla vostra, in modo da poter indossare al di sotto degli indumenti caldi durante i mesi invernali. Nella stagione fredda il corpo disperde piu' rapidamente il calore attraverso la testa, le mani e i piedi. Indossate sempre un buon copricapo: un cappello floscio impermeabile con la tesa ampia, munito di cinghiette da chiudere sotto il mento in caso di pioggia e vento, e un berretto di lana o un passamontagna nelle giornate molto fredde.
