RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 64 DL 206/2005, if the customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, or does not make the purchase by indicating in the order form a reference of VAT), he has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract, without the need to provide explanations and without any penalty.
To exercise this right, the customer must send Pescaesub a communication within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods, by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, to the address:

Once the above notice of withdrawal has been received, Pescaesub will notify the customer with instructions on how to return the goods, which must be received within 10 days of authorization.
The right of withdrawal is still subject to the following conditions:
the right applies to the purchased product in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal only on part of the purchased product (e.g.: accessories, attached software, etc...);
the right does not apply to audiovisual products or sealed computer software (including those attached to material ), once opened;
the purchased goods must be intact and returned in original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packaging and any documentation and accessory equipment: manuals, cables, etc...); to limit damage to the original packaging, we recommend, when possible, to put it in a second box, bearing the RMA number (return authorization code); should be avoided in all cases the attachment of labels or adhesive tapes directly on the original packaging of the product;
in accordance with the law, the shipping costs related to the return of the good are charged to the customer;
shipping, until the certificate of receipt in our warehouse, is under the full responsibility of the customer;
in case of damage to the goods during transport, Pescaesub will notify the customer of the incident (within 5 working days of receipt of the goods in their warehouses), to enable him to file a timely complaint against the carrier of his choice and obtain reimbursement of the value of the asset (if insured); in this case, the product will be made available to the customer for its return, simultaneously canceling the request for withdrawal;
Pescaesub is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned by uninsured shipments;
upon its arrival at the warehouse, the product will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport. If the packaging and / or the original packaging are damaged, Pescaesub will deduct from the refund due a percentage, however, not exceeding 10% of it, as a contribution to the costs of restoration.
Without prejudice to any repair costs for damages assessed to the original packaging, Pescaesub will refund the customer the amount already paid, as quickly as possible and in any case within 30 days of the request for withdrawal, by transfer of the amount charged to the Credit Card or by Bank Transfer. In the latter case, it will be the customer's responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (ABI - CAB - Current Account of the invoice holder).
The right of withdrawal lapses totally, for lack of the essential condition of integrity of the good (packaging and / or its contents), in cases where Pescaesub ascertains:
the lack of the outer packaging and/or the original inner packaging;
the absence of integral elements of the product (accessories, cables, manuals, parts,etc.);
the damage of the product for causes other than its transport.
In the case of forfeiture of the right of withdrawal, Pescaesub will return to sender the purchased goods, charging the same shipping costs.
