Neoprene provides excellent comfort and fit as well as perfect insulation capacity. Existing neopreens differ essentially in their characteristics of softness, crush resistance, degree of thermal insulation and elasticity, and from the fact that they can also be lined on the outer side or even on both sides. The choice of a material with certain characteristics over another is determined first of all by the type of diving practiced and secondly according to the location and temperature of the waters in which it will be performed, i.e., the degree of protection required.
