In fact, we used to always keep the molds needed to make a particular item. Italian production also means that the product being used has been developed by experienced fishermen for our seas, our seabeds, and our fishing techniques, and is therefore not an item that for market needs must necessarily be suitable for more than one country.The choice of materialsBy having a direct production-user relationship, we feel obliged to always employ the best materials, because we are personally accountable for the materials used, unlike manufacturers who resell to multinationals for the sole purpose of offering a sufficient product at a lower price to prevent them from turning to others, and certainly do not specify to them the raw materials used. <h2>Trabucco hyroncast surfcasting fishing reel</h2> La fishing at Surf Casting (American term, literally "Throwing on the wave") is a technique practiced in the Atlantic countries and introduced in Italy, at least to the general public, towards the end of the 1980s, thanks to some fishermen who did a very valuable job of adapting the U.S. techniques to the realities of the Mediterranean, experimenting with them on the coasts of Sardinia, which, even today, turn out to be the most suitable and therefore the most fruitful for this technique. In fact, the Atlantic techniques aim at catching the large predators that, at high tide, approach the coast to hunt, attracted by the host of grubers that feed on the organisms that the movement of the waters release from the sand. Also for the surfcasting homegrown, the concepts remain more or less the same, only that the smaller excursion between low and high tide, does not create that sufficient eatery to attract either gruboliers or predators. It was verified that such conditions were recreated when the waves of the swells broke on the beach, disrupting the bottom and releasing small mollusks and crustaceans that attracted precisely the grufolators and consequently, also the predators. Thus, the first rule of the surfcasting mediterranean is that if there is no wave, there is no surf, although, in recent years, we are realizing that this rule finds exceptions and for some prey, such as Mormora, Bream, Sarago and Razza, catches occur even in calm seas. From this observation, a technique was born, albeit similar to the Surf Casting, which differs substantially because it is practiced in calm or nearly calm sea conditions, called "Beach Legering", which provides for afishing equipment and a "lighter" philosophy of the Surf Casting. Returning to the technique that is the subject of this article, it must be said that of all the possible fisheries at sea, the Surf Casting it shines in sportsmanship and a high frequency of coats! In fact, unlike other techniques, the result of a line of Surf Casting is too tied to the "magic" moment to be within everyone's reach. First of all, the surf castman has to pinpoint exactly when the sea is in ideal conditions, that is, when the swell releases nourishment causing prey to rush in and thus be able to catch them. These conditions are not very frequent and can last for varying lengths of time, both day and night, when the Surf Casting can offer exciting catches. <h2><x dge="">TRABUCCO </x>HYRONCAST</h2> Compact and powerful, the Hyroncast is a candidate for a prestigious place among the beach reels tapered coil. The graphite body encloses a quality gear with a sufficiently fast 4.9:1 retrieval ratio and a number of features that are very useful to the beach caster, such as the Worm Shaft Gear system that allows perfect spooling on the aluminum bevel spool. A second graphite coil is provided inside the box. So much recovery force is also supported by a large combat crank made of machined aluminum from billet. All bearings, 6+1 Long Life, are corrosion-proof and made of stainless steel. worm gear, located inside the body of the fishing reel, determines the orderly arrangement of the line coils on the spool. As a result, unwinding is facilitated, benefiting the launching distance. <h2>Trabucco sea fishing reel</h2> <div> The Invictus is just the latest of the absolutely outstanding projects created by Team Trabucco and can boast a whole series of very interesting innovations. Made with a hybrid structure of aluminum and graphite to maximize the benefits of both materials: the body is made of aluminum and therefore very rigid, benefiting the better functioning of all the gears, while the rotor is made of carbon, which is much lighter than if it were made of aluminum. The rotor, in particular, is complemented by a double-thickness hollow headband, which is really strong and non-deformable. There are 2 spools included, both machined by lathe from a monoblock of aluminum. One is designed for monofilament and has a larger capacity, while the other is specifically for braided, having a smaller capacity and a rubber band placed in the center of the throat to prevent any slippage. The edges of both spools are angled, giving rise to the V-Spool Design, which allows the line to escape much more easily, increasing casting distances. The clutch has carbon and steel discs and is sealed to prevent dirt or salt from getting into it. The crank is also lathe-made from an aluminum monoblock. The bearings are 9+1, of the double-shielded stainless steel type. With a ratio of 5.2:1, Invictus is an excellent mu-liner not only for bolognese or English fishing, especially in sizes 2500 and 4000, but it is also a superb spinning and feeder reel, again in sizes 4000 and the larger 5000. The perfect mechanics are designed to withstand tens of thousands of casts! The high-capacity spool has grooves on the bottom that are used at the start of the orderly spooling; that's why the label in the throat must always be removed! The additional spool, supplied with the reel, has the reduced capacity for using thin lines. The central rubber band prevents slippage of braid. The Invictus rotor is structured of high-modulus carbon, the stiffest and lightest material among those capable of withstanding enormous pressure. Its skeletal design is not only a fascinating graphic det-cut, but plays an important role in the effects of balance and smoothness of operation. In fact, its lightness retracts the reel's center of gravity while reducing the effort required to cause its rotation. The computer made it asymmetrical to counterbalance the weight of the bow, optimizing the smoothness of movement of the whole assembly. All of the Invictus' ball bearings are sealed on both faces, to prevent water and saltwater from entering and undermining its operation. On either side of the body, two steel plates raise the rigidity of the body along the as-se of the crank. The effect is distinctly felt during fish retrieval. <h2>Trabucco trolling reel</h2> New family of reels dedicated to trolling that combines great ease of use and consistent reliability over time. Two models, 15/30 and 20/40 that share most of the technical features, except, of course, the Max Drag: 20 lb. for the smaller size, 30 lb. for the larger. The gears are fully treated against corrosion and develop a recovery ratio of 3.8:1, the right compromise between speed and power. The spool, as well as the crank handle, is made of anodized aluminum and also allows the use of braid. Both models feature thread guides for perfect and convenient thread placement. Created after months of studies and practical tests assisted by well-known technical casters, the Oltremare is currently available in 3 versions: Mod.
