TRABUCCO surfcasting fishing reel

The surfcasting is a technique of fishing that takes place from the beach. This technique makes it possible to catch bass, sole, turbot, and other coastal wonders such as bream. Equipment is very important and must be perfectly suited to the fishing conditions. To have fun fishing, we suggest some tips to start surfcasting in the best conditions.

An affordable reel developed for those who want to take their first steps in Surf technique. The 6500 size covers the vast majority of needs and allows the angler to quickly assimilate the key concepts of casting and retrieving. The alloy mechanics develops a 4.1.1 recovery ratio (a good compromise of reliability and smoothness) and rotates on a single ball bearing and a roller bearing. The wire loading system is cross-spooled and consequently there is no risk of the wire unwinding, partly because the AS Line Roller system cancels out any twisting. The body is graphite and the spool is a super light type, so the weight is really low. Of a good standard is the clutch, certainly superior compared to the price range of the reel. Available in two colors (Red and Blue) for an elegant match with the eponymous Avalon rods.

Back in Italy at the end of the 1960s his passion for the sea combined with some Venezuelan deep-sea fishing experiences led him, since in those years there was a lack of specific products for Big Game, to design and build the Gladiator reel. After a few years of testing (which was followed by patent application nr. 31039) and excellent practical results he began the production of the Gladiator also assisted by other collaborators. Some time later Mr. Ricò thought of contacting Carlo D'Olivo president of Italcanna to improve the commercial diffusion of the product, and shortly after in the 1970s Mr. D'Olivo personally became part of the Gladiator company and then took it over completely a few years later upon the death of his friend Sergio. For all these years the Gladiator company produced highly specialized equipment for deep-sea fishing such as rings, handles, etc. The Gladiator has over time always stood out for its simplicity of operation and elegance, and was the first reel in the world with an electric contact sound beacon for shoaling (it could operate the boat siren or other electric means - 1st prize Spoga Koln 1979 - Germany). In the following years due to a strong demand for the product, production agreements were also made with other companies that further improved the quality level. The reel GLADIATOR is the perfect match for Italcanna rods and together they have won over the years numerous Italian, European and World Championships (as visible in the news area) as well as several catch records. Technique, experience but also deep passion for sea fishing are therefore at the basis of a Gladiator reel that is now made of anti-corrosion alloy and stainless steel (on high-speed bearings) and is a real strong point on the market for lightness, performance and reliability. Every single computer-designed component is then made on extremely precise machining centers, and using it you will appreciate the innovative lever non-return system (by means of a free wheel) and the easy adjustment of a cam-driven carbon clutch that does not allow for errors from over-tightening or wigging due to full spool release. The special off-center ergonomic handle made of reinforced abs allows not only a better grip, but also makes it easier to hold because it is always upright, as well as transmitting more power to the axle. The elegance of the nickel/anti-corodal contrasts is enhanced by laser engravings that will not fade or fade over time. New model with special Mirror Treatment that gives the reel a pleasing shiny chrome appearance.Completely renewed in aesthetics and materials, the new gladiator reel replaces the previous version from which it differs in construction simplicity, weight reduced by one-third, practicality of use, cutting-edge materials, high aesthetic level and also technological innovations on the non-return system (free wheel) and clutch lever guided by means of a cam (patented systems)that prevents any wigs of the line and the accidental complete tightening of the spool. It is completely constructed of light alloy and stainless steel with an elegant off-center ergonomic handle that makes it easier to grip and allows more power to be transmitted to the shaft. It also has an outstanding new carbon clutch that is very stable and progressive even after many hours of work, all bearings and springs are stainless steel, anti-corrosion treatment superior to the standard used in this industry, laser engraving. They are probably right, which is why we have made a reel, the Maniac, that is bound to impress with its incredible strength and smoothness. All the structural parts of this reel have been made of aluminum to make it truly a small masterpiece of strength. The body, side cheeks and rotor are made of aluminum. So are the tubular bow, spool and crank, the latter machined from an aluminum monoblock by turning. The clutch is no less impressive, and is very smooth, especially at the start, thanks to the alternating use of aluminum and carbon discs. The spool, we said, in addition to being made of aluminum, also has sloping edges to make it easier for the line to come out, and the central part of the throat covered with a rubber band to prevent slippage of braid. Steel, and double-shielded, are the 9+1 ball bearings instead. Available in three sizes, the Maniac is definitely a reel that knows how to get noticed and appreciated, especially in those fisheries that impose gear that is small in size but as powerful as a winch. Feeder fishing then, but also lake trout fishing and beach legering are two among the techniques that can see the Maniac as an absolute protagonist. The Maniac's clutch compartment encloses a high-tech disc package, structured on the principle of big game reels. Alternating steel and carbon elements ensure progressiveness, power and heat dissipation. The crank operates in direct engagement with the drive wheel (drive gear). This solution represents the best in force transmission, because the energy imparted in retrieval is not dispersed through play or vibration. In transport, the crank can be reclined to reduce its bulk. <h2>TRABUCCO sea fishing reel</h2> In 2014 Trabucco introduced the Xplore model, and if you are an experienced and passionate fisherman and now do not own one, it means you are part of a minority and have missed out on an incredible performance reel. 2015 saw the birth of the Match, competition version of the same Xplore. The new Match is a reel designed specifically for pond competition and features a beautifully smooth-running gear and a low-capacity spool calibrated for trout competitions, although, of course, there's nothing to stop it from being juxtaposed with a bolognese or match fishing rod. Size 2000, with a capacity of 100 m of 0.20 and a weight of only 270 grams, is perfect for rods from actions 1-3. Size 4000, only 20 grams heavier but with a 120 m capacity of 0.26, on the other hand, is the ideal complement for rods from actions 4 to 6. The 5000 size, which in any case has a really modest weight, just 300 grams and a capacity of 130 m of the 0.26, by virtue of a wider spool is really perfect for action 7, where with the help of a big bombard (and a good rod) it is able to shoot the bait beyond the mythical 100-meter threshold. <h2>TRABUCCO AMI F-31 SURF</h2> <div align="center"> Hisashi è il nome di una nuova serie di ami ad altissima qualità provenienti dal sol levante e distribuiti dalla sempre più presente Trabucco Fishing Diffusion. </div> La famiglia è già abbastanza fornita e copre tutte le esigenze della pesca in mare, sia dalla riva sia dalla barca, più alcune di acqua dolce che andremo ad esaminare nello specifico. In futuro la serie sarà completata con l'introduzione di pochi altri modelli. Le qualità che si possono richiedere a un amo da acque salse ci sono proprio tutte poiché ogni amo è controllato singolarmente con degli strumenti ad altissima precisione, prima dell'immissione sul mercato. Tutta la serie è prodotta con i migliori acciai disponibili in Giappone che a sua volta sono addizionati con un'alta percentuale di carbonio, in modo da fornire un'ottima rigidità che impedisce all'amo di aprirsi anche se sottoposto a forte stress. L'indurimento dato dall'uso del carbonio consente inoltre di mantenere a lungo l'affilatura della punta, effettuata tramite un processo chimico per poi essere rifinita al laser. La finitura Black Nickel e l'occhiello sono comuni a tutta la serie. Vediamo ora nello specifico le qualità dei nove modelli di amo che sono presenti nel consistente catalogo Trabucco.
