It would not make sense to try to catch the conger eel on a very rough bottom with a 7 kilograms line, because if the wire does not break at the first obstacle it meets on the bottom, the conger eel will take care of it as soon as it bites. Before buying the line, therefore, evaluate the conditions you will encounter. Having established the most suitable breaking load, orientate yourself towards a branded product.</p> <p>The fishing lines for fishing from the shore are equipped with a different degree of breaking strength depending on the species you intend to target and the type of bottom on which you act.
