Mommotti 160 S - Seaspin

The Mommotti 160 S is a sinking marine jerk that complements the MOMMOTTI family thanks to a complementary size, both in length and weight, to meet the ever-increasing market demand for a long jerk that optimizes medium/light equipment, both in rod casting weight and braid pounds.
The artificial has a slightly thickened headstock, which protects against accidental breakage, and a very narrow and aerodynamic body, to ensure long casts in the most difficult marine weather conditions and excellent stability even in side currents.

The choice of the through-weave on a fairly slender body forced a special design effort in the internal distribution of tungsten weights, with constant attention to the optimization of the swimming action.
The latter is characterized by a slow descent with slight roll and an immediate reaction with sinuous swimming in the linear retrieve from the very first moments.
Very prompt response to jerk, even simply by wrist, with a disorderly swim in which the artificial emits particularly catching glares.
Suitable for all marine predators such as sea bass, bluefish, barracuda, barnacles, dorado, amberjack and skipjack.
The Mommotti 160 S will be another winning weapon in the Mommotti family, which over time has become the national and international reference for the entire panorama of marine long jerks, to the point that in Italy with the name Mommotti are identified all the artificials in this category.

Grazie alle sue caratteristiche tecniche può essere lanciato molto lontano diventando l’esca eclettica per eccellenza. lo Janas, che in dialetto Sardo significa “fata”, sembra danzare nell’acqua nel momento in cui si alterna un recupero regolare, in cui l’artificiale compie una azione slalom, a pause nel recupero in cui sviluppa un immediato rollio che crea ampi bagliori mentre cade liberamente verso il fondo o nella corrente. Valido nei confronti di qualsiasi predatore sia in mare che in acqua dolce, è in mare particolarmente consigliato nei confronti delle lampughe e nelle mangianze di tunnidi di piccole e medie dimensioni come sgombri, lanzardi, palamite, tombarelli ed alletterati, mentre in acqua dolce è consigliato per trote, persici reali, aspi, cavedani.
