Strengthened by more than 40 years of experience, in the design and construction of rods for big game, we have made for ISLAMORADA new barrels in elastic microfiber (5 microns) enriched with HR carbon, obtaining a barrel with tip action, which allows high flexions , and in addition, to store considerable useful power during the recovery action. We then entrust the line to high-quality needle rings such as : Aftco, Stuart or the new patented self-lubricating Italcanna ring to ensure optimal sliding conditions at all times. <h2>ITALCANNA CANNA RAISSA</h2> Potente e leggera, come la derivazione del suo nome: l'onnipotente capo della tonnara e la femminile desinenza che coniuga due aspetti per una pesca versatile e piacevole, classi leggere con poche decine di grammi di fusto tra le mani per palamite, tombarelli e leccie e gioco duro, con qualche grammo in più, quando scendono in campo ricciole e tonni. Interamente progettata al computer per una perfetta progressione di potenza, viene realizzata con un blank monopezzo ottenuto miscelando 5 differenti tipi di composito ad alta resistenza in 187 cm di lunghezza. Ad ogni libraggio corrisponde quindi un differente fusto tarato esattamente per quella potenza, ma non solo…. Su libraggi elevati sono anche possibili due diverse azioni, cioè due diversi modi in cui questa potenza viene distribuita sul fusto, da qui deriva la sigla CF od SJ che precede il libraggio. L'azione tipo CF è più rapida, e con una progressione lineare, mentre la SJ è più morbida in punta e sportiva. <h2>Italcanna trolling fishing rod </h2> Rod specifically designed for use with a sinker. Testing and years of use proved that getting the bait to the depth where the fish are and making it move was the best way to ensure profitable fishing with good results. Initially this was done by putting a spool of line mounted to the boat with a weight hanging from the end of the line, and the bait was mounted directly to the weight, and in the event of a strike the angler had to retrieve both the fish and the weight. It was only later that the idea of attaching the bait to a line release hook was introduced among sport fishermen, which in case of a ferrata allowed them to fish safely with their rod. The downrigger rod was therefore born for use with a sinker with which it gives its best, it can however also be used for other techniques given the excellent compromise between sensitivity and ability however to retrieve important prey such as snappers and amberjacks. A characteristic that is immediately noticeable is its extreme lightness in addition to a thin but nevertheless powerful backbone. This is made possible by the fibers reinforced with high-strength carbon, making it therefore also very versatile for other applications. It is sold mounted with Fuji reel seat and rings.
