The new BLX V2 ! Stronger, cheaper, safer ! The extension of the well-known and popular BLX brushless motor series ! Now also available with a powerful 24 volt model ! Also ideal for sailboats ! With this, Rhino-Motors presents an especially powerful electric outboard motor with 110 pounds of thrust at 24 V voltage, about 1600 W of power. The brushless design is maintenance-free. There is no wear on the carbon brushes, unlike those installed on conventional motors. The motor is suitable for operation in salt water. Sport mode (activated via the S-Mode button) directly brings the motor to maximum performance, while the Vario Speed principle also allows continuous speed control in both forward and reverse. The new display provides information on battery charge, instantaneous engine power, and other useful operating conditions. New integrated PWM technology provides maximum range per battery charge. An electronic protection function in case of overvoltage, short circuit or overload eliminates the need for an additional fuse. The motor also has a USB port, which can be used to charge phones or lamps. The rudder is extendable and the shaft is made of stainless steel. The shaft can be folded upward by releasing the lever, and the propeller dip depth and steering resistance are adjustable. The ultimate motor for the serious boat angler.
