Maver heavy casting surfcasting rod

The Heavy Casting technique, from which this rod takes its name, was born in Greece a few years ago and is developing all over Europe with huge successes in terms of record catches such as big Dentex, Amia Leccas, Serra, Rays, Groupers, Sharks and many other large predators, encapsulating both rockfishing and extreme surfcasting characteristics. Also used in South Africa for catching big sharks from the beach using "full braid" setups with really sustained diameters. We have also performed platform tests with ground trim and 175 gr of lead getting distances close to 230 mt. Available bare only so you can customize the setup from both fixed and rotating.

This is because it is now definitely apparent that not always an overly heavy or direct approach to a situation is the trump card, in fact far from it. To achieve, therefore, performance of absolute merit like that of the Finezza series, which is offered in 3 spinning and 3 casting models, Super High Modulus CX-1 Micro Pitch Carbon was used, characterized by particularly fine fibers arranged in such a way as to evenly distribute the loads to which they are subjected. La finitura Zero Friction delle sezioni intermedie agevola lo scorrimento della lenza in condizioni di elevata umidità, perchè ne impedisce l'incollaggio alle pareti esterne. <h2><strong>Italcanna surfcasting fishing rod in 2 sections</strong></h2> <p>The technological challenge taken up by Italcanna has led to the development of gear with technical characteristics that were difficult to reconcile until a few years ago. A prime example is the brand-new Tesla, a two-section tool dedicated to fishing but with astounding ballistic performance.<br>Fishing gear is increasingly subject to compromises<br>compromises dictated by user choices:<br>- some prefer power by tackling challenging ballasts, bulky baits, waves and seaweed.<br>- others prefer more relaxed situations having as their target medium-sized gruboliers over very long distances on very shallow beaches perhaps with undersized sinkers.<br>- Not to mention very deep beaches, perhaps with dirty bottoms where the prey (often conger eels or moray eels) must be forced regardless.<br><br>This is to say that with the Tesla we tried to design a rod that would cover most situations an angler might encounter from the coast. In fact, the tip is extremely sensitive, the rod is regal on the peg, in calm seas it signals every slightest movement, absorbs broken wave perfectly and sets up properly by going along with the current. When grappling with spikes or sizable prey to be pulled from its rocky sanctuary, the tip instead makes room for the insanely fast and ready underbait.<br>The secret of this rod is precisely this:<br>short tip and very compliant but arc of impressive response speed to work the line, handle important but not impossible. Overall, the response speed of the rod is in fact extremely fast with a bounce-free return, both with light sinkers (90-100g) and at the extreme end of the range (175 g + bait).<br>In casting it is not particularly demanding, obviously depending on the power range, while the extreme response speed needs a short period of adaptation. It should also be noted that the tip allows constant and timely contact with the ballast when casting, facilitating arerous casts.<br>As mentioned, the sensitivity is unreal and the top creates a cushion with the prey allowing the use of terminals that are on average thinner than normal, all in favor of the user's sensitivity and enjoyment.<br>The rod, a 4.35 mt cut in two equal sections turns out to be extremely balanced, the materials used allowed the construction of a tip of a very low weight, while the stock has a properly thin section, without falling into extremes that put users with normal sized hands in difficulty. Do not be overly fooled by the length, the dead tip in fact cancels out during casting, bringing the rod to the real 4 meters manageable by people averagely gifted both physically and technically.<br>While not an overly indicative test in the field in the hands of our testers, it systematically exceeded 230 mt, with treadle reel lines testifying to an uncommon ballistic capacity, while stressing that it is a rod dedicated to fishing, not designed for extreme treadle gestures that we would moreover advise against. In conclusion, the rod is extremely sophisticated and fun, surpassing the concept of heavy and challenging two-pieces by winking at incredible sensitivity and extreme versatility.<br>Standard mounted with screw reel seat but can also be supplied with coaster upon request. Per ogni progetto sono stati coinvolti numerosi field testers al fine di ottenere la migliore canna per ogni specifica tecnica, utilizzando i migliori materiali e utilizzandoli sapientemente.</p> <p>Tutti i fusti sono stati realizzati in carbonio alto modulo CX-1 al fine di ottenere leggerezza ma anche potenza, entrambe le caratteristiche necessarie per un utilizzo piacevole e prolungato nel tempo. Le impugnature sono state realizzate in EVA ad alta densità, per il massimo del comfort, che in alcuni casi è stata sagomata in maniera innovativa al fine di garantire la migliore ergonomicità. Tutti gli anelli impiegati sono Sea Guide con pietra  in Sic, quindi perfetti per l'utilizzo di trecciati, cioè esattamente i fili che maggiormente verranno impiegati in combinazione con queste canne. Gli anelli, dove necessario, sono stati arricchiti di una sottolegatura per preservare il fusto quando è sotto carico. In questo modo il piede dell'anello appoggia su di una legatura extra anzichè sul carbonio, incrementando quindi l'affidabilità. Un progetto vincente per le più evolute tecniche di pesca dalla barca.</p> <p>Serie dedicata al light jigging e alla pesca con l’Inchiku, tecnica giapponese che ha rivoluzionato recentemente molte convinzioni di noi europei. Si tratta di canne estremamente leggere con un’azione parabolica di punta, molto sensibili e che sono in grado di gestire con molta precisione l’artificiale.
