<h2><strong>SEASPIN MURIGU</strong></h2>
<p>Murigu in Sardinian means hustle and bustle, ferment, just what happens during a frenetic feeding activity at sea, what fishermen call mangianza, and it is precisely to fishing on mangianze that Seaspin's Murigu is dedicated. The metal body of a metal jig was encased in a plastic casing, in search of a calibrated ratio of weight to volume and a body shape that would also allow this type of bait to have its own movements. Its great castability makes it suitable for staying away from feeders and not disturbing predatory activity, and because of its slowed sinking, center of gravity position and body shape it can be exploited in different ways than a traditional jig. If retrieved slowly it moves in a linear fashion like a quiet minnow, if you speed up but keep the retrieve steady it takes a slight waggle that imitates an active fish, if retrieved quickly it rises to the surface simulating a prey trying to escape from the predator, while if left unarmed its falling attitude is practically horizontal and with a very slight roll, in imitation of minnows that have been injured or killed during predator attacks. The Murigu was thus created as a versatile bait for use on fish that attack in schools such as skipjack, tombarelli, allerati, dolphinfish and whatnot: the colors have been selected to have a wide variety of choices, from different forage fish to fancy colors, and in all models the plastic covering the colored metal part gives the bait a shiny halo in the water that imitates live minnows.</p>
